The second lap you seemed to shift more so I'll let that one go. Yes, you should be on the rev's but there is a limit of how long you should stay there because at the limit you quit moving forward. Unless you are at the corner just upshift. For your corners it seems like you were just on the brakes to hard and it was killing your entry speed. Instead of trying to square up through the corner just roll through it in a berm or rut in a higher gear. No need to throttle or anything until you get the hang of it and let the bike pull itself through because you are losing tons of time through your corners.

Thanks for the advice guys lol Ii got new boots so I was struggling to shift xD! The track is really deep so some of the square ups were accidental lol.

This was my first time ever at Gordons Well, it was pretty fun. I was just gooning around, not trying to be fast or anything. Also, the 450's with a paddle in sand are wheelie machines, so much fun.
