Whats your pc?

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Didnt quite understand. But i guess you ment it like "I have the same spec/parts on my PC" ? ;)

If you have, i would like alittle bit of information. I'm gonna pay pretty much for it. About over 3000 dollars. It's hard to calculate for me what's right for you (In price)

But with thaught of the price. I hope it's good. I'm looking for it to: Run MXS at full offline, 1024 X 1024 and all the other specs (like geometric detail at full). Would be fine to run at full online too. Ofc it depends on my internet too but with normal connection i want it to run pretty good. And i want it to take good screenies. I know i have to change some AA settings and do it in PS. (Is it only Nivida who have's the AA thing?) I haven't figured out so much with the AA settings etc. That's kinda only the thing i want on my pc.

No, I have the same computer case, or tower. You called it the cabinet. All the same.

You should be able to run MXS pretty darn well. I have the quad core version of that CPU and a 6950 and I don't really lag on or offline with maxed out graphics. I'm not running 125 FPS, but more around 60, which is fine for me. One thing you might want to consider is going with the FX-4100 processor as MXS only utilizes one core, so unless you're rendering movies or anything like that, the six core is probably overkill. My Zambezi 3.6 GHz 4100 was 100 USD, so it's a pretty good deal.

ATI cards have AA and all of the same graphics features as the NVIDIA cards. Some argue that the NVIDIA is a lot better, but I've never found someone who could explain the reasoning after they told me how much better NVIDIA was.

Figured some of you might like to see my rig.

Image

2GB MSI 6950 Twin Frozr
Zambezi FX-4100 3.6 GHz CPU

I couldn't just list off all the other stuff. I'd like to maybe upgrade to a 7970 for my birthday.

You can also see my PS3 in the corner. I use the bigger monitor for it with an HDMI to DVI cable, but I can't get any sound.

So I'm pretty sure there's a foam piece in the front of my case thats kind of blocking the fan's LEDs. Should I take it out tomorrow?

It's most likely a fan filter. If you want more dust in your case you can take it out ;). Either that or sound dampening material.

To all the cable guys, how are you able to have 40124809124 of cables at the desk? I can have 414 burgers, 7 billions lions and everything around me. But at my desk where my Mouse, keybord etc is. It's supposed to be CLEAN. I just can hold out when the mouse is stucking in burgers and lions.
