Dislocated my badder shoulder playing tennis tonight. I'm a man's man so I popped it back in on the spot, doesn't hurt too bad, but I'm not sure if the repairs I've had done to it are damaged or not. No insurance so I'm not about to visit the doctor, just going to run a sling for 2 weeks and hope for the best. The sound it made going back in was terrible, imagine slowly tearing a t-shirt, but louder... I've heard that the less time its out the better, at longest it was out for 10 seconds, and wasn't a very bad dislocation, but enough to keep it from popping back in with the initial shake. Good thing I had enough experience with this situation that I was able to get it in on my own, or else I'd imagine the bills would kill me.

I cant even get out of a bean bag without my knee dislocating. Its at the point now though that all I have to do is straighten my leg and it pops back in.

Having bad joints is the worst. My knee was so bad before we got it checked out. Turns out I had been riding for years on a torn ACL.
