So, Dungey is back for the last 3 supercrosses? KTM must not be thinking clearly.

He has nothing to win but everything to lose. Same goes for Roczen and Musquin. Why throw everything you got at the 450 title when it is over? What are they trying to prove?

Ryan is better off to see where he is at speed wise against the competition vs racing against himself on a practice track not knowing where his speed is at vs where it needs to be to be competitive..

Yeah I would imagine its more of a mental thing. Maybe get a confidence boost going into Hangtown knowing he can run with these guys instead of worrying that he hasn't raced in a while and has no clue if he can run with them.

Getting second in the championship pays bonuses and looks good for KTM. That's all Dunge can salvage at this point.

I guess getting back into the racing grind as soon as possible is good too.
