ha thats awsome. Im a custom painter so I have designed tons of helmets, and troy lee's stuff is what got me into it. should be fun.

I don't know.
I'm doing all my work in PS though. Drawing wouldn't give that great of results, personally.

I think they actually want you to hand draw your designs. The main page says to print out the layout pages, and your work can be submitted through mail (IE, mail your drawings), or email (IE, scan your drawings). They are also calling it a "Helmet Coloring Contest".
