Anyone help me with my bike setup In real life?

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

I'm close to 140 pounds, and I just did my suspension today. I also ride rough tracks. First thing to do is let the air out of your forks, then set the sag. I put the forks soft, and the dampening about 2 clicks to the right from stock.
On the back, I went 5 clicks to the left from the reccomended settings, on the dampener, and went 2 on the bottom. Sorry if I don't make sense, I'm half asleep. To find the reccomended setting, screw them all the way to the right, the one on top of the spring should be ten clicks to the left from that, and on the bottom of the spring, 7 clicks.

There is alot to setting up suspension.
#1 make sure you have the correct springs
#2 Set your sag
#3 Play with your clickers (make sure to log everything on paper)

This is a good read that should help you.

Your springs make a big impact. Too hard and you'll bounce around like a rag doll. Too soft and you'll blow through the initial part of the stroke, becoming a rag doll again. So get proper springs, then start in the exact middle for all your clickers. Going in makes them harder/faster. Out is softer/slower.
