2012 World Championships.
2012 World Championships.
It's coming soon. The first GP, at Valkenswaard.
Except for 2 things everything looks like it's going to be a sick as championship.
The MX1 has: Cairoli, Pourcel, Desalle, Bobryshev, Frossard and Pauling going for the title (in my opinion). And then we've got like 10 other guys who can win a GP.
In the MX2 we have: Herlings, Searle, Tonus, Osbourne for the title. And again, 10 others who can win a GP.
But there are some big headline's going in the first GP.
Osbourne won't be fit at all, he's not even sure if he's racing on easter monday.
And today the news came out that Ken De Dycker left LS honda, so it's not even sure if he's riding at all. The reason for that is that LS honda is having some financial troubles, or that are the rumours, but I can confirm that that rumour was already going trough the paddock halfway last year.
Anyways, I'm looking forward for Valkenswaard, the 9th of April is my birthday and I'm going live . Also it's the MX3 championship, full with local pro's and riders who doesn't like to pay for a spot at the gate and the women world championship. That will be an actionpacked day .

Re: 2012 World Championships.
How much does it cost to be able to watch all the races on mxlife.tv? Cant seem to find any info on the site without having to make an account.
Re: 2012 World Championships.
My top 5 season predictions:
1. Antonio Cairoli (Wins a lot, most consistent rider)
2. Christophe Pourcel (Wins fair share of races, couple bad motos, but fast)
3. Clement Desalle (Closer to championship if healthy)
4. David Phillipiaerts (Starts off Ok, ends off good)
5. Steven Frossard (Starts off good, ends off Ok)
1. Jeffrey Herlings (Consistency)
2. Tommy Searle (Consistently inconsistent)
3. Jeremy VanHorebeek (Puts in solid season)
4. Joel Roelants (Top 5 consistent)
5. Zach Osborne (Misses first few rounds but slowly works back up to moto wins)

Like 100 bucks US (60 euros or something). I'm tempted to still buy it, cause you get a ton of coverage for that price actually...BuddyTheElf wrote:How much does it cost to be able to watch all the races on mxlife.tv? Cant seem to find any info on the site without having to make an account.

Re: 2012 World Championships.
It'll be a cracker of a championship in the MX1. Any of those guys Scheeve mentioned can win on any given weekend. I think Herlings is gonna walk away with it pretty easy in the MX2 though.
But go Dean Ferris, reppin Aus in MX1

Injured elbow I think. Doesn't look like he will race Valkenswaard, but should be right after that.

Re: 2012 World Championships.
Osbourne decided not to take part on the first GP.
And now also Tonus injured himself. It's possible that his first GP back will the the overseas ones. In Mexico and Brazil.
Ken De Dycker is replacing Max Nagl on the RedBull ktm squad.
So a lot happend these last few days before the opening Grand Prix.

Re: 2012 World Championships.
Their bikes look sick.
Re: 2012 World Championships.
And be careful with Jordi Tixier. Now he's on the KTM Factory Team and when the MX2 team came to Spain, I saw him pretty strong. He's very young and I think he'll be on the top5 in most races.
Let's see if the real Pourcel is back, because we can see some good races with him, Cairoli, Desalle....
