To gain better internet you need to pay more, or at least that's how it works here in Belgium.

mine was fairly similar to this but i tested it very close to UK internet use peak times and my net provider is shit my dad who pay for it even regret saving the money so we are going back to BT internet homehub thing basically the best net and phone provider in the UK and might test it again then see the diffrence
tested my internet at 5 45 pm uk time which is roughly hour off peak time.

you ISP provides you with speeds/rates. Depending on if you have cable or dsl affects your max rates. Cable / fiber optic is A LOT faster then dsl speeds max out around 3-6 mb if i remember, at least with my provider, but the area in where you live has to be prepped for cable. Most rural areas have to run off dsl or satellite.

btw i pay 40 $ for 20mb locked in lifetime, btw im streaming during this test.

Honestly when it comes to gaming, 10down and 2up is fine. I only have 15down and .7up and i rape on fps games.
