Help with PS CS4 on Windows Sevan

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Hey guys , i just got W7 at my computer and cannot install Adobe Photoshop CS4. Before to install it have a system that make a check up and look if is there any program open
I closed everthing and it says IE ( Internet Explorer ) Still open so i just opened the task bar manager and found two process running with the name iexplorer.exe and i tried end that process and it back to run , without i do anything
Somebody know what i need do for end that processes or install CS4 , i hope somebody can send me a usefull help

only exit internet explorer or mozilla
crtl + alt + delet , delet IEXplore.exe
