How import bike [.saf] format in Blender ... ? next i export DAE. file and open with photoshop .. for rend ... understand me ???

.saf can contain any myriad of tile types within it. Think of .saf like .rar or .zip.
.jm files are model files that you could (potentially) import into blender with a proper script. There isn't one available however so doing this currently isn't possible, for obvious reasons.
If you're looking for a bike or rider model then it's probably been publicly released as either a .blend file or .obj. Feel free to poke around and find them using the search function.

Like ddmx said a .saf file is a file that contains other files so all in all it's basically just a file containing other documents and such. You cannot import a .saf into blender or pretty much any program.

You can't render it then. If it's in a saf then it can't be done. Move on
