I just got back from my local shop and they were still selling many of them. I know the KLX110 is available again.

Nah, they don't go by cc's. It goes by the age the bike was intended for. Even though a KLX110 is above 100cc's, it's still intended for kids like 8-11. I'm not sure why it's available though.

Also, an 85cc is intended for kids 12-15, and it's under 100cc's. This whole thing is just a gay mess.

Just kidding. But yeah, it can be different throughout the country. They're probably just doing that so there aren't any arguments with anyone. 100cc's is a nice- even number to leave it at. But officially, it does go by the intended age. But I completely agree though. No arguments need to be started lol.
