Need photoshop help! (bike skin)

ok well i am making this skin for MvA atm and will convert for MxSim later but that not the point.
heres the skin:

the problem is i need to take the bottom shroud and paste it onto the other shround so there exactly the same...
please help me do this, either you do it or just give me directions

as long as you have it done in layers it shouldn't be hard at all. Just take the black and yellow base, flip it vertically. Then take the star logo and rotate 180. Same with the ROCKSTAR written out part. Then you will just have to alter it to fit into the same space as the bottom one. But if you didn't do lots of layers.... then you are s.o.l.

yea i know, mine has alot of layers everything is a different layer so its easy to work with. but heres my problem... i can do this:

how do i flip that!? thats all i need to do basically i just dont know for to flip it 180 degrees

Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal, then to rotate: Edit>Transform>Rotate 180. Hope that helps.
