Buy yourself a lesson from a professional coach. Or get your suspension set up correctly for you. Increased power is useless when you could spend it on those 2 things

Well Buddy Get your suspension dialed then go hit up a Moss institute if you got them were your from:)

There so good:) You go through track break down which is the best since they show you the fast lines and bad ones and yeaa its just Sick:)

P.s Just bought a Rmz250 09 model 3 days ago and MPE suspension are charging me 750 for getting my suspension done  Bastards

As DJ stated, stephen gall's academy of off-road riding

That was probably the best 400 bucks ive ever spent.

you get to ride with so many ex auzzie pro's and they train you aswell.

It was not only the best time on a motorcycle ive ever had, but in the 5 day camp, i became so much more confident and much faster.

we had our times taken the first day we got there, and taken again on the last day.

I ended up cutting 10 seconds off my lap time.

Couldn't agree more, most people get money and spend it on a pipe, graphics or some other bullshit that makes your bike look good. They then end up looking like a goon because they have all the latest shit and cant ride out of 1st gear

Gee, you don't think that $400 converts to something close to £150 do you?

the thing is as i live in w.a i have no idea where any training is and suspension goes under the going faster part.. umm my riding skills from last week to this week just by having a new tyre increased more than id thought i could just showing me how much tyres actualy help out. now that ive been thinking and because im a bit light for my 250 i may get the suspension done and if i have to buy new suspension coil's or what ever there called :)

OMG, dude if your suspension hasn't been touched then you have never ridden a dirt bike (correctly)... I cannot tell you how much this will help you ride. All you need is your sag set and to get it evened out for your weight, then stiffened or softened to your liking. Then when you have time, pay a couple hundred to get new springs and oil. (Pro Action, Pro Circuit, FCR, etc.)

But after you get that done and your still slow, go here:Millsaps Training Facility

Idk how far you are but if your a serious racer you should be interested, I am going again later this summer.
