MXS Twitter

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Getting my dad into MX. He's looking @ this as a 2nd bike.

http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/m ... 42500.html

Literally new. The guy is obviously looking for $2500, which is CHEAP where I live. So sick.

I got him to $795 but that was just over facebook. Hopefully if I go look at it I can get him down to $700. I'd buy it for that.

Back after playing EA Superbike 2001 for a couple of hours

That game is so fucking awesome, even 11 years after. Graphics are better than in MxSimulator (no offence) and physics sometimes feel kinda similar (hit a bump, hit the brakes and you're DOOMED). About EA SBK 2001, the only thing I dislike from the physics are riding over bumps and leaning from one side to other (like in an S-curve), it's too easy to fall, rider tends to over reach to the steering input and throws the bike to the ground

Apart from that, I miss more classes (SSP??), more tracks (it's only a season) and the possibility to create your own rider with his own face and racing number

Thrasher's Hall of meat always make me think

Does style worth so much that people feel right about riding a skateboard/BMX with no helmet or protective gear whatsoever even after a hard crash??

It's not style, just personal preference. If it was for style then I'd wear my helmet cause it looks badass. Might be hard for some of you to imagine this but not everones a pussy.

Yeah, that movie looks funny as. I think Seth made the voice too similar to Peter Griffin though

I have a semi-pro skateboard rider as a "friend" (more like former classmate), he has got injures for many crashes, most could have been avoided with some protective gear. The worst?? He wants to wear that gear but shop doesn't allow him when he's on a competition or recording a video

I know, I don't really believe him when he says that... but that's what he says

I said that due to the fact that the hosters of the competition would not let anyone ride without the correct protection as it is a huge liability.
