I was 17 when I broke my ankle. Came up short on a triple rode away like a baws. It hurt a lot more than normal so I just stopped and sat down for a little till I decided to stand up and I went to kick the bike over but it hurt to much so I sat back down lol. Then some guy driving past stopped and asked if I was ok and he went and got my Mum who called her friend who's a nurse who said we need an ambulance and my Mum's like nope so the neigbour drove me to the city over and took me to the GP instead of the hospital hahahaha. So the doctor grabs my foot and starts pulling on it and asks if it hurts and I'm like yeah can you not. So he says to me nah its not broken, go home. So I said shouldnt you xray it to make sure, so he did. It was broken and fractured in 3 places. Showed that guy whats up. They put a plaster cast on it and I could barely feel it then the following day at night it hurt soooooooo bad.

Just got home for lunch and theres pictures of my Ex gf and ripped up letters every where. Feeling pretty fucking creeped out.

Had quite a hard crash this weekend on the last lap of practice, I smashed my knee pretty hard so I couldn't race the next day

I'm looking to get knee braces/knee guard... What's good and what's bad?

I probably should have mentioned that it's the original gopro hero. I'll try and play around with it tonight.
