Could be a Frankenstein Jap bike. Looks a lot like a chopped up RM85 frame and the motor is super similar as well. Sideplates are DRZish.

My first thought was a Yamaha WR, searched some and found out it's a 200. Never knew Yamaha made a 200! Only knew about the 125 and 250 WR's.
