It sounds like a guy with a hedge trimmer when in fact it's some guy shredding. Too bad Alta tanked. I'm really bummed about that. Fishy that Harley previewed their e-bike right around that time.

I read on Facebook (the pinnacle of verifiable sources) from a former Alta rep that the Harley deal fell through because there was no actual exchange of information. It was a fairly vague comment, but I read into it that Alta was the one holding back and sort of burned themselves.

It's promising that Honda is even toying with the electric avenue. Given their automotive presence, they stand to gain a lot from development of EV technology, and you gotta think that they've been developing some technology on the car side that the powersports people could borrow.

I guess it's just a matter of time before another company can pick up where Alta left off. With an all-electric SX field, they'll really be able to hear the crowd!

If it's anything like Behind the Music: Motley Crue, then it's a hell of a ride! Running out of heroin and substituting Jack Daniels in the syringe for example. On tour with Ozzy in Florida and he snorts a line of sugar ants leading up to a popsicle stick on the ground as another example. We're lucky to still have Nikki too.
