Srsly tho, that's a great way to go. You won't have too many surprises when setting up.

Re: MXS Twitter
Havoc is right. Why go through all that trouble if you're not going to do a cycles render?

The quality of the preview really doesn't matter to m and texturing the stuff only took a matter of minutes. I was just using it to get a better grasp on the visual and logistics, rather than going off my imagination and measurements.
Also, I don't know how to do renders.
Re: MXS Twitter
Just put a light in the scene and click "render".

Hi
Re: MXS Twitter
Attempting to learn how to make decent looking logos before I graduate since they don't make you practice that kind of stuff. I have zero talent in creating a logo that looks decent. I'm terrible at Illustrator so I made this in Photoshop.

It took DJ99x 3484 days to reach 15461 posts.
It took Ddavis 2236 days to do reach 15464 posts (while I'm typing this probably 25 more).
That means Ddavis "achieved" the same as DJ in 64,18% of the time.
Good job. Much real life.

Re: MXS Twitter
So my brother asked me a few days ago to try on his helmet to see if it fits, then said he was going to buy me a helmet. He says a lot of stuff and doesn't follow through with it... Last night he calls me and tells me to come over ASAP, so I walk on over and his girlfriend is in a set of brand new Shift gear, with a 6D helmet, and brand new Alpinestar boots. I figured he was going to say she's going to start racing but nope it was for me! Totally unexpected! 6D helmet, two pairs of X brand goggles, three sets of Shift (for us to share), brand new Astar boots, and decals for the YZ250 we have with my name and number on them. The main reason I haven't been riding past 6 years or so is since I didn't have my own pair of boots, gear, or a helmet, and since I wasn't riding I never bothered investing in it when I had the opportunity to. As for all the people who have some idiotic idea in their head that think I'm still trying to be some pro rider someday, I've ridden once a year for the past 7 years, so yeah that ship sailed a long long time ago.
