Is it bad that I don't know anything about GPs other than from sim, but I recognized the first track by that 180 on the hill from when gio made it.

Putting replica's in that game was the best decision they could ever make!!!
Right now it becomes because of that more than just a game. Now it becomes a collectable, like mxrider back the days. Just to have those tracks/riders somewhere stored forever.

I think I'm actually gonna buy it (on CD), even though I probarly won't play it.

Honestly, I know visuals are nothing to get excited about as a sign of a total package but that looked really good. If it plays well then I think they will have a success but it needs that planted feel. Even its a little floaty, it needs to have some sense of gravity and weight and I will buy it without a doubt. On PC without locks for modders, no brainier I'm getting it.

I really hope they make a good game from this, those first 43 seconds we get to see looks promising. So who knows, i was very dissapointed with MUD: The game.. way to arcade kiddy style-ish. It doesn't have to be realistic like Mx Sim, more something like the earlyer Mx Unleashed would be lovely.

Btw talking about other MX-games, i guess older people here will remember the Motocross Madness series right, well Microsoft released a new version of it. In my opinion a horrible arcadish game ...

Most announcement trailers don't feature in game assets.

It's likely that setup was beefed up and created specially for that promo video.

Correct, first game they got the FIM endorsments but only riders and track names appeared in-game. This time it seems they have tracks layouts aswell. Now, if they can improve physics and nail the environments I think it can be good.

I didn't mind FIM MUD for what it was. It was a fun racing game. If this new game adds new features I'll pick it up.
I got the game on steam for a couple bucks and I rather enjoyed it.

They recorded the crowd scenes at MXON this year (I'm in *___*). I really hope it isn't gonna be as shitty as MUD.
