I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

I shot at MLG Anaheim a few weeks back, concentrating on the Call of Duty tournament. MLG (Major League Gaming) has been growing like crazy over the past few years and it looks like I'll be shooting many more of these events in the future. Way different to shoot compared to moto, but I'm happy with what I was able to capture. Here are a few of my favorites.

You should take photos of when people rage and throw chairs and stuff.

Haha.. Nobody gets that crazy from what I've seen. They had an open amateur bracket running in a different area of the venue and I heard plenty of voice cracking yells and taunts though. It was pretty amusing to hear.

Mikey, I can only hope. Ava is easily the best looking girl gamer.

I had some time to shoot the Junior riders on Saturday after my prologue at the Hattah Desert Race this past weekend.

Uhh sick shots everyone!
Might be the wrong topic but might aswell ask here.
Anyone know of any good "photography" tutorials, like videos/blogs introducing noobs to this stuff.
Im not that new but as i got a new camera im just confused of all the ISO settings etc, im used to an old film camera with nothing like that.
Basictly im having the issue that my photos are full of noice or something similar even tho the ISO settings are telling me lower ISO means less noice?
Any advices are good. I just want to get back into photoshop with my own photos.

your iso, shutter and aperture all interact to create the image think of it as a stool if one leg is wrong then it isn't balanced properly

So iso-100 lets in less light than iso 2,000 for example

Aperture/ f-stop the bigger the aperture which is actually the smaller number lets more light in so for example f/2.8 lets in more light than f/8

Shutter speed a shutter speed of say 1/250 will let more light in than a shutter speed of 1/2000

So when you're out shooting you adjust your settings appropriately for what you're shooting, the effect you want etc, if you want any more basic info just ask

This might help you understand your camera setting a bit more. :)
