Hi Everyone

My brother in law was recently sponsored by Crisp, a very large scooting company for Freestyle Scootering. (Yes, I know)

He has come up with an idea to create some graphic designs for the bottom of his scooter that he can have containing his name and sponsors.

I am absolutely clueless as where to start to even begin on this project.

I would like some help to be referred to some software programs, or design programs that you guys use to create graphics on this game, as I'm confident there's a way to do this but using a scooter cutout (or whatever they're called, my bad), rather than a dirt bike's cutout.
