Whats your pc?

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Why did Microsoft skip 9? Interested in checking it out, hopefully it is actually a free upgrade for all Windows 8/8.1 users...That would be cool of them.

I think it's probably just a weird PR deal, (this is the same company that named their third-generation console the Xbox One) but I think they're trying to hint that they had been working on 9 and scrapped it to start 10, although that doesn't make much sense to me.

Like August said, I'm pretty sure it's some weird PR deal. What I don't get is why it bothers people so much...

IDK because a billion dollar corporation should be able to successfully count to 10 without skipping any numbers? I don't think it bothers anyone it just doesn't make sense.

W10 preview. Looks pretty cool and what I wanted for desktop support for W8. I'm not entirely sure if I'd upgrade but most likely in the time span before it comes out and now I will look into it.

That snapping is nice. One think I have always wished I could do is clone a file explorer so I can go somewhere close by without having to start from the root. If it is a free upgrade from 8.1 I will for sure get it, if not I will still probably get it but maybe not for a while.

obviously not as easy as copying explorer but you can always click on the top bar, CTRL+C location, open new explorer window and paste in. Does W10 have the tabbed file explorer yet or do you still need external programs?

Yea that is what I usually do but it gets old. At work we have all our files on our NAS and its all organized nicely. I have 2 folders always open one for the project I am currently working on and one for all our assets in case I need to grab something. I just want to quickly open a second project folder sometimes to grab something or print something without going back and forth. Screws up my rhythm.
