Dirt: Rally, MXS League.

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

I sure hope you guys do this again soon or right after this one. I had just bought a PS4 as this started and now I'm finally settling back into computer gaming again.

I was about 15 seconds slower of the leaders pace on most of the stages and I had couple penalties on the rest pushing me even further back. On one of the stages I thought I was actually fast but I was still that 15 seconds back. You guys are fast!

Oh and that mist on the second stage was pretty horrible. Flying by instruments/codriver.

Tim and Fredrick were impossibly fast this week. Seriously impressive stuff guys. Not sure I even got through a stage without spinning myself out on a snowbank. It was a lot of fun though.

For some reason the Dirt website isn't showing the standings... So here you go.
GG Dank Vapours on your championship win!! Tim can still tie but with less rallies won his title chances are over.

Is it worth getting Dirt Rally this late or just wait for the new one coming?

Depends... I think it's only 4,99 on G2A and sites like that.
The new one comes out end of February so that's still another 3 months

Wales wasn't really good for me. Silly mistakes and me trying to drive faster then I should but it was fun sliding sideways during these weeks for sure! Hope to see more rallying during the winter and maybe a little rwd goodness?

I've put some 50 hours into Dirt rally and for just 4,99 it's a steal even if you would play it only for three months.

Get it Mikey! It's worth just having Pikes Peak dirt and paved versions with Sebastian Loebs Red Bull Peugeot. Let alone a very fun career mode.

I got 1 stupid 15+ penalty, a few spin arounds and flipped the car, but it axtually felt very good driving this time. Too bad I missed Sweden... Is it one more event to go or was this the last one?

    Wales be in.

Just like this season every rally will be in, 6 stages, service after each 2. I'll try to randomize them in some sort. Maybe number them put that in a randomizer and take the stages out. Now I just randomly clicked stages and Greece for example turned out to be the same stage over and over again just split in 2 and reversed...

The car still has to be decided, that's up to dank_vapours. We'll have at least 1 week of rest, maybe even 2.

Concerning the setups I'm not sure yet what to do. It's nice to have your own setup but it's just too easy to download a couple from the steam shop, compare them and drive one of those. So there's no real skill into that. So for now I'm more into fixed setups again.

I’m into fixed setups too. I literally only play to do this league. Having to download a few setups and try them out in preparation would be too much and I would be out.

Why don't we just have an honor system to create our own setups? None of us playing are scumbags, and there is much more to gain in making setups than just using fixed ones that have a lack of ability and little personality. If we were trying to have a completely level playing field we would all be using the same exact car.
