Depends on how the votes go. If its obvious that no one wants him here, I'll make it permanent. If the votes are close, I'll give him a weeks ban

Being annoying is one thing but being a total asshole and mouthing off to people without any particular reason is something else. Good example's in the Redbull helmet thread that Duckstream started.
