Keyboard and mouse problem after pc reset, URGENT PLEASE

hello guys,

today i resetted my desktop pc, after the rest it said it was installing windows O.S. and it's drivers.
after i had to say where i live, what's my time zone, but the mouse and the keyboard weren't working.
and they don't still work. what should i do now?

Please if you have any ideas, please tell me.

Maybe cause i have a laptop? Or a phone? SERIOUSLY.

USB3 drivers aren't native. Plug them into USB2 ports

you mean 3.0 and 2.0? anyway, they works during the boot-strap step, i can get in the BIOS, BUT I DON'T KNOW LITERALLY TO DO.
that's true, i'm gonna get a new pc in about 1 minths, but i want that pc working.
i did Cmos and i still have the same problem
