Charlier will be interesting to see. He wasn't one of the best on an MX2 but definitely decent. And if you saw how Rauchenecker last year pinned it in the MXGP of Switzerland it's for sure that enduro riders aren't slacking.

Christophe Charlier was a solid MX2 rider in the GPs.. I want to say around 4 or 5 years ago? He isn't the best pick, but he isn't the worst pick for France.

Checked and yeah in 2013 he finished 4th overall for Monster Energy/CLS Kawasaki with 2 moto wins.

Sorry he rode for Yamaha at the time, nonetheless he's a good pick and he's currently on Factory Husqvarna for the World Enduro series so he will be on a good bike.
