Help.. any ideas?

i'll start off by saying that i am infact Kendo, i shall explain the reasons for a new account in a minute.
Ok. so i got home from school and went straight onto msn. Apparently my password has been changed but i didnt panic as i thought it could be a bug or something. I changed it back and logged onto my windows live mail to access a differant account (one i use for this type of thing, rather than facebook e.t.c.). This has also been changed, this is especially weird as it has a differant password to my other one... If this isn't enough i get an email from paypal saying my account has been accessed by a third party, and it is currently 'limited.' By now im panicing, afterall there are several other accounts with personal information available. Finally i tried to come on here with 'Kendo' but agan the password didnt work.. i have tried the password reset thing but it says my username isnt linked to the account or something.

Does anybody know what this could be? could i hae missed something, or done something that would do this? I would be very grateful if anybody has ay idea. Im hoping ive made a stupid mistake somewhere. thanks.

I've deactivated your account here. You need to contact Paypal, your bank, your credit card and anything else important and get your accounts locked ASAP.

JLV if someone logged onto his mxs forums account, then can't you check the ip?

Not for a login but it did log the IP when the password and email were changed. The IP is from Algeria. Kendo, get your accounts locked down now!

I think this happend when i accepted sombody with a .fr hotmail account on Ebuddy. I received an email from facebook saying 'so and so has accepted your friend request' He had a french name and i know for a fact i hadnt added him . all i can think of is that he has accessed my msn and added himself for some reason.... may be far fetched. What accounts should i lock down? its past midnight here so i cant do anything involving calling the bank or anything, but its only a debit with 50 pounds on it so do you think im pretty safe from losing money wise? :S thanks for the help, sorry if im being a bit naive also.

I'd contact Paypal, my bank and credit card company and tell them what happened. Not sure if this is available in the UK, but in the US you can get a fraud alert on your name that will make it harder for the ID thief to open accounts in your name.
