Unusually high disk/cpu usage?

This isn't when I'm playing games, but even browsing the internet. For example right now I screenshot my task manager as I'm typing this and this is what it looks like: gyazo. Anyone know what is causing this? Avast Service is my antivirus. I have anti-malware but I'm afraid to turn off either of them, could they be trying to overpower eachother so to speak and using up all of my disk space? I'm not a computer nerd so any help would be great. CS:GO and The Forest have been crashing my computer lately when trying to open them up, and I'm wondering if this is related to that issue.

Uninstall Avast, It's terrible. Just use malwarebytes.

Okay. I never used Avast until I had to get my computer repaired after the power went out during a windows update and I had to send it to a PC shop. When I got my PC back it had a year subscription to Avast so I've been using it since then. So I should just uninstall completely? I noticed Avast automatically disabled windows defender and windows firewall and is manually blocking everything. I thought that was odd...

Amazing. I uninstalled avast and my disk % is at 1%, whereas before it was permanently at 100%.

Avast is aids. Used to legit but nowadays.... Also if anyone has a MSI m/b and have their RAM at 100%, it's your "killer network" software (+driver). Just uninstall the software and download the small driver file and install it manually and that fixes it. Amazing how bad software a company like MSI can have..

Regardless of what you're using you don't want to have more than one antivirus software installed anyway. I normally would recommend Kaspersky but now it's kinda sketch lol I say use Bitdefender.

Also why does McAfee have a rep for slowing your system down? I've never actually used it but it's made by Intel no? You'd think a company that makes CPUs would be able to optimize their shit.

Well my disk/cpu usage is at normal levels, however when I've been trying to play CS:GO its been randomly tabbing out. Reddit says that the command prompt will sometimes pop up due to "Task Scheduler" and you can disable that, but I don't know if it would randomly start happening unless Avast was blocking that from happening? Love how one issue leads to another  I've also read that not having an activated version of windows can cause CS to tab out as well, which if so is a huge bummer because a few years ago my PC was fixed like I mentioned and was never given my product key when he activated my PC to windows 8.1 PRO from 8.1. I've been trying to find ways to activate windows without the key but no luck so far.
