how do i record? i mean so i can put it on mxs.com ?

It's automatically recorded in the track folder in your mxsim personal folder.

You're using time trial mode right? After you've set a fast lap in glenside for example, the fast lap is in your personal folder under "glenside/fastlap.mxdemo".
