Im trying to convince my non motocross friends that this is the hardest sport in the world. So i need help to make them believe. Please drop your reasons down below why this is the hardest sport in the world. Please and Thank you!!

Wouldn't say hardest. Maybe the most physically demanding, but other than that there are more complicated sports out there. Plus this is classified as a motor sport. So it's not really that fair to put it up against something like say basketball.

Just google 'Most Physical Sport'.
Or you could show them this.
Or even better find one of the SX races from this year and find where it shows the heart rate of what the riders are working at. You can't deny science.

When I was a kid, they said soccer was the most physically demanding sport until supercross surpassed it in the late '70's or so.
