Yamaha says if the rider weighs 170lbs, that is perfect for this years bike. Rear tires are coming with a 120/80-19 Dunlop 756. They test 3 exhausts, Yoshimura, FMF, & DR. D. Having EFI doesn't need more fuel, but if the conditions require you to run more fuel, then yes, it's a gas hog. But, then again, if you can afford a 09 bike, then I'm sure your not too worried about paying for the gas. :/

The 125's have lighter motors but slightly heavier rear wheels compared with the 250f's.
