I feel bad for Dungey, he had moto 2/ the overall in the bag...this heat is brutal on those motors.

umm I beg to differ on the fact the heat DOES have a lot to do with a motor. Not saying that had something to do with DUngey's issue or not, But I do know that The team did not switch out motors like most other teams in between motos. I think they regret that move maybe....

Honda was building brand new motors for each rider, every moto. I was super bummed on Dungey. He clearly had the overall in the bag.

I also got to say props to Barcia (not) for cleaning out Musquin by being a squid. Damn Musquin had a really hard hit. Hope his neck was alright. GWS.

Did anyone else notice that Millsaps and Deano were the only ones to jump over the sand wall jump? That was fucking knarly!

Reed did, but i think he didnt jump into the first sandwhoop, only just infront of it.

It was different. Reed launched off of the big lip into the whoops, while I saw Dean find a way to pre-jump off a bump and just graze the lip of the big launcher that most people rolled. It was similar to the crazy line JS was taking at Daytona.

With the Dungey bike failure, my dad pointed out that it was probably just running out of gas. He saw Dungey go up the jump and just roll to a smooth stop, my dad was yelling, "GET HIT SOME GAS YOU STUPID MECHANIC!"
