post pics of your bikes

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

This was my first dirt bike back in '88, a '76 RM370...lols! Never wrecked bad, but still almost killed myself on that sled! Never rode out of sight of my truck

ya, I said "HOLY !!" a few times on that thing(aluminum tank rattling around). Ah, how modern technology improves the quality of life!

I have a 76 RM125 that ive raced a few times. That thing is not meant for someone near 200 lbs! bottom the suspension just sitting on the darn thing. Its real reliable though

Aluminum tank rattling around? You know, I've done 99% of my riding on bikes with aluminum (or steel, in one case) gas tanks and they've never rattled around. Sounds like you were missing some rubber pieces or something.

Anyway, last time I was out on a ride, we got some shots of our bikes. Mine is the Kawasaki, the Yamaha is my dad's. And no, these are not the bikes we ride most of the time. Bask in the glory of their awesomeness.

Oh ya Jetz, that was an ill prepared, clapped out roach of a bike. Used to ride it at the "power lines" out in the Rivergate area. Yes the tank grommets were worn or gone, and I quit riding it when all the rattling cracked the weld at the petcock mount and caused a leak (didn't want to add fire to the various problems). Then I got a '78 Husky WR250. Good memories!
