Actually I think the requirement for 2 strokes in the premier class is 150-350cc. I'm not positive though.

We were actually just talking about it in the SX thread, cause T. Crain was on a 125 in the main last week. Sween said they let you run whatever in the 450 class but IRL it's 150-250 2T and 249-450 4T for supercross.
