You seem to be accepting almost every single person that applies. What I did is have people submit to you a demo of them riding, review and accept people that have the speed. You could have someone apply that is 14 years old, has been playing for 2 years, but is the slowest rider out there, and you won't know until he is already on the team. If he would have submitted a demo, you could see how fast they really are. I'm just trying to help you have the most successful team you can.
