This is the same Dildo move that ferzacca did on me. I don't understand why anyone would do that. It's not smart, and it's not clean. It's just being a fucking dildo. Especially because depending on the corner speed or view you use (1st or 3rd) you can almost not see the person until it's too late.... so annoying

I legit had no time to react here, I used this line later in the race but when I hit it with someone on the outside and I cut in way harder to give the guy room

No, 20th is the last points paying position giving 1 point.

It isn't supposed to ve. In the past, Wheels has gone through and manually given 1 point to 21st and 22nd. For some reason, it's never been coded into the site that they get points
