ive beat both you and jeremy a couple of times this year. dont act like a badass.
and by your logic, the leaders can do no wrong?[/quote]
Cool story bro. Lappers don't have much room to complain, you're getting lapped stay out of the way. It is true that the leaders race is more important than the lappers. There was always a way to avoid Juan such as getting on the brakes and pulling to the sift and letting him by. Again when you look at it, it's two legal takeouts, one race, you weren't doing that great in anyhow, move on. Juan would understand, or you could have asked me to talk to him about it. But you chose the DD route.

brina, i miss stated that. by your logic, motosport riders can do no wrong.

i was in the "sift", as you can see in pic #1. and the second time he was lapping me, i wasnt even moving. an was out of the racing line. and there was plenty of room on the outside as well. "legal takeouts"
juan shouldnt have crashed after he lapped me the 1st time. then he wouldnt have to worry about me being in his way a 2nd time.

this isnt about him ruining my race or costing me points. this really isnt about me. its about juan. and the way he rides. im not asking for more positions or points or anything other than doing what they think is fair to keep juan from doing this over and over again.
would you be singing a different tune if it did cost me points? doubtful, hes on YOUR team. super biased. and thats ok. i understand. but even if so, why wait until it does cost someone points to do something about it?
go watch the demo, im sure ull be back with some bullshit excuse for him.

Wouldn't care if it cost you points or not. He took you out. People do that all the time in this game. Theres gonnq be dirty riders in this game just like theres dirty riders irl. Whatever Barrington, do what you want, complain all you want. Don't care anymore.

but wait, you just said you would protest me for taking you or your team riders out.

and youll care. if rF decides to take action on it, youll be right back here barking up a storm.

like i said, i dont care about that race, i had very low fps, and wasnt going to score points regardless. but something needs to be done so juan doesnt think its ok to do that whenever the hell he wants.

There's riders in real life that go out of their way to smash into lappers as they pass them? There's people in real life who hang back entering turn one only to hold it wfo and smash into the pack once they get there? There's riders in real life who get in the leaders way while being lapped who after getting block passed w/o contact that cut back under the leader and clean them out? There's riders in real life that routinely go out of their way to find missing timing gates and cut the track to better their qualifying time? Brina, I've defended you many time on this forum, but you are being nothing but a bitch about this right now.

I've done this before with Juan and jones. I'm not talking about anything else Juan does except these TWO takeout on this incident. To me, two measly LEGAL takeouts aren't worth crying about. My views on this are very black and white, if you take someone out legally(no track cutting or punting or waiting)there shouldn't be a problem, it's too "sketchy" to do it otherwise cause then how would you go about deciding what takeout is ok and what's not.If defending my teammate on that idea makes me a bitch so be it.

How is this about my hate for Juan? Are my points about his on track actions not true?

Did you read how I was talking about this incident only? None of what you said really pertains to it.Like I said, I'm not defending any of his other actions. Most of which I'm unaware of.

If it was just these two takeouts, there wouldn't be an issue. Juan has years worth of history of the same shit over and over. Now of course, he'll play victim.

Brina, your logic is normally spot on, but when it comes to guys on your team; you are usually far from the truth. I would like to think I'm in the middle on this, as I actually think Juan's alright and falsely accused a lot; but also he can't play the innocent card.

You'll never see me crying on here about two takeouts like that. And I'm the girl....I'm not talking about anything else Juan does, as I haven't seen it. Sure he's known as a dirty rider, but stuff like this just shouldn't be an issue imo. Not sure how that's far from the truth. I'm simply defending that Juan or ANYONE should not be penalized over something like that(I've done it a long time ago and still stand by this opinion). If Juan has done something illegal such as cut the track to take him out, punt someone, or take out the leader as a lapper, I would completely agree that he should be punished.

you are missing my point. im not worried about this particular takeout. as it didnt effect the outcome of my shit race. if this was the only time juan has acted like that, then i would have let it go. but its multiple instances. so how long should he be able to go around and take out who ever he pleases? how is it a "legal" take out? it was a blatant T-bone punt. it blew me off the track.
im not on here every week complaining about take outs and putting in protests. in fact, this is the first time.
