I'm sorry August, what you went through with that crash is absolutely horrible. Yes. I have the bike legally, may not be thouroughly legal, but its not like I straight up stole it from him. I got it from a friend who bought the bike, and yet not allowed to ride it? Hmmmm

Exactly my point. Unless Attacker had a EULA agreement(or something similar to what Apple or Blizzard has with WOW) the moment that the transaction was completed the bike is rightfully theirs to use as a team bike. He can't change his mind at a later point and take away rights purchased lawfully without a clause acknowledged and agreed upon before purchase of the product.
