Don't worry, now that he gave us ample warning we'll make sure to have close eyes on him all night with a kick command pre-typed ready for any shenanigans. We have a low tolerance for smart ass, disrespectful, arrogant, immature pre-teen acting fools.

PLAINTIFF:Robert Wilson SERIES:2016 MotoOption Supercross presented by Race Tech
ROUND:10
DESCRIPTION:Thomas doesn't know how to race and doubles the triple and jumps over the wall as four other people were rolling the wall like the track was designed to be raced. He just didn't use his head in a racing situation.
RESOLVED:Yes
VERDICT:Warning. Thomas needs to be more aware of his surroundings when attempting a jump like this.

PLAINTIFF:Nick Uzick SERIES:2016 MotoOption Supercross presented by Race Tech
ROUND:10
DESCRIPTION:He loses his front end and in a panic goes to jump the wall in traffic taking 3 additional riders out. There was a broadcast that said that if you collided with people while jumping the wall that it could be a penalty.
RESOLVED:Yes
VERDICT:Warning. Thomas needs to be more aware of his surroundings when attempting a jump like this.

Silleck has two previous warnings, so perhaps this is why he received a one week suspension instead of a warning since he's had two previously. This was Kellen's first protest since 2013, perhaps this is also why he received a warning. As for you, Jake, you already have a warning for aggressive racing so I'd be careful how much you think you can get away with.

PLAINTIFF:Ryan Turner
SERIES:2016 Ride365.com Pro Nationals powered by Versus-PC.com
ROUND:10
DESCRIPTION:Jake supposedly got whisky throttle on landing, but had no intention of braking for the corner, and just uses me to attempt to break for the corner.
RESOLVED:Yes
VERDICT:Warning for aggressive racing. While aggressive racing is allowed in rF, a pattern of overly aggressive riding will not be tolerated.

And to clear up any confusion yet again...
rF Rules wrote:Track Re-Entry/Getting up from a crash/Re-joining racing action: As soon as you are off track, into the bales, crashed, or stopped in the track; it becomes your responsibility to re-join the racing action safely. Altercations with other riders caused by you re-joining the racing action are subject to penalty (in most cases a 1 week suspension for a first offense up to multiple week suspensions and loss of licenses or even indefinite suspensions for repeat offenders). Not re-joining the action 'immediately', intentionally going off track, and track cutting are always illegal and penalties will be given based on rF official's discretion. Intentionally breaking this rule or gaining an advantage will carry a stiff penalty.

Thing is though everyone thinks of me as a dirty rider but i only ride dirty when someone rides dirty with me... i ride i 1st person i gave kellen enough room to cut back down and make a pass on me... next thing i know im off the track and see a front wheel in my face... I understand he was trying to cut back down but why would you use brakes when you catch more traction then you expected? you wouldnt just carry on until you hit me.

As for tonight, if someone rides dirty with me expect me to ride dirty with them cause im done giving people enough room to make a pass on me...

Nobody is calling you a dirty rider, but since you've had a penalty previously for aggressive racing then I'd be careful how aggressive you get. I lose my cool and decide to ride aggressive not "dirty" and after the race I have 20 people screaming at me about how bad I am, so be careful about it Jake.

I mean Jake, you have done some stuff before that has gave you the name a dirty rider. For example Washougal last year when you killed Zoa last lap.
