For anyone still having trouble, try selecting the specific folder for the track when you unzip it. For whatever reason selecting it instead of trying to unzip the whole download worked for me.

Don't run shaders, and you'll at least be able to ride the track and qualify until Blake can get it fixed, if there is a fix

turn bike shaders off, not track. It worked for me... now my bike looks ugly as fuck though :(
