No requirement for skins. You will have to come to an agreement with the others in your country.

I think if a rider is a privateer, qualifies, then another team member who is already on that team should hire them for the one-off event
Not mandatory, it'd just be a mutual respect thing.

USA won the last mxson in 2014, so they should be numbers 1 2 and 3, France was second giving them 4 5 and 6. Just thought I'd point that out cause its wrong on the post
