The Penalties were discussed and voted on by all admins as we always do. It was a first offense not a second offense even though he may have caused more than one disruption on the track. You can plainly see in the video evidence that he was having trouble riding on the track and did not case issues on purpose. Therefore the case is closed and ruled as a first offense.
I'm not making 'personal attacks', I'm stating that the rules should be adherred to. Wheres the crime in that?
