That's weird. I tested it with a clean install before I uploaded. It shouldn't require anything.tyrm85 wrote:can someone send me the tough blocks, i cant see them ingame......

Heres the first one, just testing the field with this and see what the feedback is and what people like / dislike. And the helmet cam did get a little weird looking since i went to widescreen so i noted it for next week.

could you put the track map in the top right corner and animate a dot going around the track so people will be able to see where the rider is as he goes around? Ya know what I mean?

put the first person view height up and bring up the fov, its way to close to the bars.

Try height @ 0.50 and Angle at 25.0 with an FOV of 105, maybe more since you're using widescreen...kwic73 wrote:put the first person view height up and bring up the fov, its way to close to the bars.

I won't be able to make the first race tommoro night. My laptop is to laggy so I'm working on getting my desktop fixed and getting mx sim on it and I'm hoping to race next week. Goodluck to everyone racing tommoro night.

I use a widescreen and havent noticed a change from anything? I use a wider FOV so I can see to my sides when close racing.
Height 0.44
Angle 20.0
FOV 125
Height 0.44
Angle 20.0
FOV 125

mean i 16x9 the ratio of the video to a widescreen format, so it basically zoomed in some on the org format (which seems that that bars are up in your grill)

JLV, any chance of getting a B class going, maybe even on a different night. There are just so many riders, it would be nice to have more of them able to participate. Even if JLV can't run it, is there anyone else who could/would?

I think its good. 20 people isnt to much for that big of a track i dont think. I mean 9 people transfer from the heats off the bat. I say you have a good chance of making the main. if your in the LCQ, thats when you worry.warrior462 wrote:JLV, any chance of getting a B class going, maybe even on a different night. I like what DDMX uses for his helmet cams. Do you mind posting what it is?mxer323 wrote:

I can post it up when i get home. It's as close as I could find to a GoPro type feel. Shouldn't be hard to replicate.

I use kind of the same as mxer in the vid. stock almost, as I like to see what's going on with the bars..

James, the video is good, but i would not submit it to vurb with the helmet cam like that. You can barely see the track with the view because half the screen is taken up by the bar pad. If DDMX could tell you his settings, it would make the video so much better.
