The whole point of having a Regional Shootout is to race for the region in which you live....
So unless you're not from the USA, you should race the qualifier for YOUR region.
If everyone just signs up for the region with the track they love then it renders this event meaningless.

Accualy the regional qualifiers were a disaster so It is just one big event. Look at the first post.
