Disappointing turn out this week. If moving it back one hour would help just say so, it's really only a 1 hour program, so it's not too bad for people on the East Coast. Or if we need to change days just make the suggestion. I'm not going to do this every week for 10 people. Every other week?... Tell me why you didn't show up, even if it's cuz I am an ahole.

For me the time is fine, last week I was not able to make it because I had to work late and yesterday it was my grandparents 51st Anniversary.. I WILL be there next week.

Crappy track this week, totally my fault. Saddened to see some people, leaving early. Remember we do the fun race(s) and then a 10+2 at the end, so even if you are out of the fun races stick around as you'll get a chance at redemption!
