Searching for a team

Hi, my name is mike and i'm from italy, i play this game since 1 year and i've alwais been a privateer, i never had races (championships), and i never been in a team, just cause i alwais wanted to be a privateer, i can handle my bike pretty well, actually im riding a 2010 kxf 250 EBC braking sistem, and i alwais get 1 or 2nd in the 19800 server online, i prefer national/outdoor series, but i can actually practice on supercross/indoor tracks cause i have all the 2011/2010 season tracks.
i have lot of experience on online gaming ( i played in professional COD4 teams, so i know how a team must work) and online comunication (like ventrilo or teamspeak)
so, if you need a motivated rider, that alwais whants to get better, and win, i'm here
