no it's like this, person 2 challenges person one they contact an official to oversee the race and make sure the time rules are followed(LOL about last night) and then the official confirms the race and says go then watches the time. then he receives the demos and splices them and sends the spliced demo to the competitors. after watching and getting the results the official makes a post like the ones I made and I'll update the first post.
