rewrew421 wrote:Ok now for the new demo naming idea to help me keep track of whos who.

When you send me your demo i give it a number so when i splice it i dont have to type in the whole demo name i just type a number. Sounds good right? Well it works great untill someone forgets a number or someone sets the wrong laps or something else and i dont know what demo it is. So now i have assigned every one a number and this is what you need to name your demo. This way if Rider sets his laps to 10 and the race is supposed to be 8 i can go hmm Rider is demo number 1 find his demo open it up edit it and then the problem is fixed.

So please, just rename your demo with the correct number before you upload it.

Thanks

Hey what would you guys say about different number plate background colors for each class? like A class is white plate with black numbers, B class is yellow background with black numbers, and if there is a C class then black background with white numbers? that way in the open class you can see if you are running with the class above or below. And what about promotional points to move up to the next class. for instance winner receives like 5 promo-point, 2nd gets 4 promos, 3rd gets 3 promos, ect. Then make a limit like 75 promos, u have to bump up to the next class? It would just seem more fair and u'd be actually racing for something and not just bragging rights and the power to run the # 1 plate.... and if we get enough ppl to join the series, then make a pro class where it take 150-200 promos to achieve...

ok the number plate problem is you can only have one number set so theres that idea
the promo points arent needed because it just happens anyway if you start opening a can of whoppass and start finishing 5th 6th overall in b class youll get moved up
