national numbers are earned based off of championship points. numbers 2-9 are reserved for past champions. number 1 is your current champion. top 10 in points can choose a career number from 10-99. (use to be 10-999, but i believe that rule was changed. MA is grandfathered in with 800) then the remaining numbers will be placed with the riders in order of their overall championship points up to number 99. so 100 and above are available to anyone.noni155 wrote:it is possible for the number 155

If you DO NOT earn a national number you can pick 155.
Personally I'd want (looking at the points) #41, 44, 45, 49, 50, or 51.. Anything higher would suck because that means I do bad from here on out in the series lol

im at 53 now. really would like to be in the 40s. i think thats do able as a few riders ahead of me havent done many nationals. id love to some how land on 41 but i dont think thats possible. especially after this thursday. gonna be lucky to get a point.
