As all of our sim players that race in real life travel the country on the Road to Loretta's, it's about time the sim world started it. Here's all the info you need for the 2013 rF Loretta's race.

UPDATE 8/25/13: TRACK IS OUT! DOWNLOAD HERE http://www.mediafire.com/?kqiq52zspbspe55 AND EXTRACT BOTH FOLDERS INTO YOUR MX SIMULATOR PERSONAL FOLDER, YOU WILL NEED THEM BOTH!
TRACK REFERENCES HOLLISTER GP, 2012 HIGH POINT, AND 2012 THUNDER VALLEY. MAKE SURE TO DONWLOAD THOSE!

Due to time constraints, rF Loretta Lynn's Race Week will be the week after outdoors is complete, the week of August 26.
Here is the format that I'm hoping to accomplish:
Week of Monday, July 30, 2013 (hopefully) : Signups open with only riders finishing top 20 at the Regional Championships allowed to sign up, however if less than 40 riders are signed up alternates may sign up as long as they signed up for one of the two Regional Championships.
*You will be required to choose a 2-digit number on the signup page. Riders with national/career numbers will be required to wear their national numbers. 2012 top ten finishers will not be awarded single digit numbers.*
Monday, August 26, 2013 @approx. 6pm Central US Time: Track is released (we are hoping to have an updated track this year, if not it will still remain secret.)
Monday, August 26, 2013 @7pm Central US Time (Same time as rF PRO nationals, NOT AM) : UIDs grabbed for practice night and practice night begins *practice night IS NOT mandatory for the race, merely an option*

Practice Order *updated 8/26*:
Burkeen pointed out that there'd be 90 riders on the track every time a session went out, so I'm splitting up individual sessions and combining as needed.
-Practice 1 -7:15PM Central US Time: 125B & 125C (20 minutes) (May split to 10 per class if more than 40 riders show up)
-Practice 2 -7:45PM Central US Time: 13-20 Open and 21+ Open (20 minutes) (May split to 10 per class if more than 40 riders show up)
-Practice 3 -8:15PM Central US Time: 250B & 250C (20 minutes) (May split to 10 per class if more than 40 riders show up)
-Practice 4 -8:45PM Central US Time: Open Pro Sport (20 minutes) (May split to 10 per class if more than 40 riders show up)
-Practice 5 -9:15PM Central US Time: 450B & 450C (20 minutes) (May split to 10 per class if more than 40 riders show up)
Tuesday, August 27, 2013 @7pm Central US Time: UIDs grabbed for Night 1 of racing (UIDs will be grabbed at the beginning of every race night at 7pm Central US Time)
Race Order:
*you must be in the server for UID grabs, however you may leave until the scheduled time for your first moto*
Motos will not be started any earlier than the scheduled time, as your warmup lap will begin at exactly your scheduled race time, or as close to your scheduled time as possible.

Skin Policy
There will be a skins thread for the 2013 Loretta Lynn's race posted in the racing section of the forum soon, along with a link to the official 2013 Race Bib posted in here. Stevo, would it be possible for me to release an updated version of your bib (simply updated with 5th annual 2013 amateur championship, etc...) for use at the race?
Background/Number combination guidelines
Anyone making skins for use in the race should follow these guidelines for class.
C classes: Black background, White numbers
B classes: Yellow background, Black numbers
All other classes: White background, Black numbers
Everyone making gear for LL must use a bib (doesn't really matter if it's Grizz's 2011 bib, Stevo (Boblob801)'s updated 2011 bib, or my updated version of Stevo's version that I will release with his permission). I will have a stock model replacement pack available with the bib before the race. I plan to host a livestream of the event, unless Kellen would rather stream the race. Otherwise, I will be streaming and your skins will need to be posted in the 2013 rF Loretta's Skins Thread when it goes live; I will also be using a stock model replacement pack with corresponding backgrounds for each class in the case of missing skins.

Last year I did LL in some hotel room with shitty hotel internet in Arizona or something with my anti-video games Aunt asking me why I play this stupid game and my cousin I rarely see wanting to watch me play  Hopefully in the comfort of my own home, I can give a title a shot, of course being in the same class as Tysen, Dupuis, Shipley, etc, it will be stupidly hard! I want there to be a 50 Open class again!!

Yes, open pro and your respective age class are the only options for riders with a pro license. And Devin, I may work in something for intermission ;)

450 A and Open Pro Sport for me. I think I'm going region 2 since my birthday is on the first day of regionals. Got a 3rd last year in 250 A 4-Stroke Moto 3, hopefully a podium again this year!

Can you guys try to make Loretta's in MXS not the same time as real life Loretta's? Last year it was and I was only able to make it because of a broken arm.

Not a complaint, because I actually appreciate everything rF and it's contributors do, but I wish you could have put some better racing tracks in there. More outdoor/realistic tracks. Lake County is just huge jumps and hard to do good battles on. I was thinking Glen Helen would be a cool Regional, and so would Hawk Point http://forum.mxsimulator.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=21829 or even OutRim http://forum.mxsimulator.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=12214

I don't know, the Checkerz/One lined/Supercross style tracks are cool and stuff, but they don't really look like what real Area/Regional qualifiers would be held on. Fort Winton is probably the only realistic one.
